Corporate Profile
Clickerwayne was founded on December 28, 2010, in Biñan, Laguna, as a personal advocacy to address economic disparity through online job creation. Originally focused on providing opportunities for stay-at-home parents and persons with disability, this initiative served as the catalyst for a much broader technical expansion.
Over the past fifteen years, that social foundation has scaled into a specialized architecture for professional distribution and complex business integration. Today, Clickerwayne operates as a sophisticated network that bridges the gap between workforce development and high-performance digital infrastructure.
Founder Erwin Ramos established the group following 14 years in the contact center industry. His technical foundation was built in the banking sector, starting with call center roles as a Banker and later Product Specialist at Washington Mutual Bank (WaMu), followed by a Banker role at Wachovia. It was at WaMu where his fascination with the Hogan system began, leading him to study the Hogan Command language in depth on his own. His mastery of the Hogan system at Wachovia came to define his approach to forensic-level precision. He later joined Wells Fargo directly as a Team Lead, where he became known among his colleagues as the "Hogan Master." As a self-taught programmer, he leads the group with the philosophy that disciplined determination drives technical mastery.
